Um, I take it that ā€˜aging outā€™ is sorta like politicians ā€˜terming outā€™ with term limits? So they have to rotate into some other area or level of government to have a job for another while. Governor becomes mayor, senator becomes a rep, etc.If it actually helped against corruption, that might be good, but it doesnā€™t! The roots of corruption are still the same, and the need for gobs of money to get the job (millions for a 100K job) are most of it.Trophy wives are good for what ten years, before they start looking like grown-up women, and need replaced? Again, the selection criteria need work!

Apparently the trophy wives ā€œage outā€ when they no longer turn Jimbo on. He canā€™t see that HIS withered masculinity makes a young woman feel undesirable even though she tries to please him. Better for her to forget about his money and leave him before she loses her sexual confidence and self-respect. Men who choose trophy wives are never going to find a woman they can be proud of for the rest of their life.

100 million jackpot this Friday. If I win it Iā€™m going to age out my wife.

I tried to look up Jim Andrews and figure it is just a made up character.

Amazing. Jim actually got fatter from frame 1 to frame 4.

See the movie ā€œBad Teacherā€ to watch an example of a character who actually aspires to be a Trophy Wife. No matter how good looking they are, the fact Jim keeps marrying and dumping women who are most likely basically sociopaths doesnā€™t speak well of him. Colleagues probably privately think Jimā€™s a joke ā€“ but money is a good insulator.

(Also, messy private lives often spill over into other areas ā€“ something for Buffett to consider regarding Jim.)

Jim has so much money than he knows what to do with, but itā€™s clear what he does NOT want to do with it.
