What really amazes me is the “righties” is that it is NOT “fear”, they don’t yet realize that Sarah pain and small, IS the punchline, AND the entire JOKE!! It isn’t “hate”, it pure disbelief that so many mindless trolls still support her.

In Trudeau’s strip, the Sarah Palin doll is not the cause of Ray’s PTSD, but rather its trigger; it is his war combat experience that is the cause, just as it was the cause of B.D.‘s PTSD and the reason he lost part of his leg. That’s part of the reason why he can help his buddy Ray.

Ray’s worth saving. Basically he’s a good guy who saved B.D.’s life. He needs rehab. If I may forecast, I would say that his rehab will be aided and abetted both by B.D. and by Sam. That kid is incredibly smart and insightful. As was shown by her trip to London with Zonker. And she has a good heart, something that seems rare in America these days.

Someone needs to say something positive about Sarah Palin. Here goes. I am positive that Sarah Palin is one of the stupidest people in America today.

I use forums like this for comedy. It’s funny how some people don’t understand comedy.

Yeah, I’m sure she feels stupid that she didn’t get to spend trillions and buy a car manufacturer. I hear the new model is the Obama. Looks good going down the road but won’t get you very far. Oh yea, and it has a HUD so you you can pretend you know if there’s a problem without actually knowing. Yeah, I’m sure she’s losing lots of sleep!

Don’t waste your time talking with Chaos. Whatever his political allegiances, he’s tone deaf to irony; it rolls off his brain like water off a duck’s back. Such readers should not tax their feeble wits trying to read Trudeau and Doonesbury.

Nobody who wants to be president should ever have the job. Damn few have ever been qualified to stand around and pretend they actually knew what they’re doing. I don’t hate Palin or Bachmann,but don’t consider either qualified for anything higher than Secretary of Underwater Basket Weaving. Religion should also be kept out of politics.

Over the years of reading the comments here on this strip, I have observed that trying to have a civil disagreement with some posters would be like trying to French-kissss a rattlesnake.

Not really that far from reality, given the present House’s intention to reduce the elephant-created deficit by reducing or eliminating veterans’ benefits.

No matter what kind of wrench I have, I never want to have to choose between a right wingnut and a left wingnut.

Unfortunately, we could all be having the same nightmare in another 18 months. For the record, I don’t HATE anybody, but I do feel there are far more qualified folks in America for president than Sarah Palin. If that spells “hate” to some folks, they need to check their own barometer.
