Don’t want to be a party pooper, but for some of us this cuts a little too close.

And now for Nighthawks’ totally politically incorrect Thanksgiving scene:

Hey you! Lower right! Don’t eat the pie before you serve it, like the dog that was bringing the pumpkin kibble pies! NO! Bad dog!

The kibble kompanies are going to make a killing. No kake, no kookies, just kibble.

They should have set a place for the evil cat so that he won’t upset the entire table.

    I love this one…..

though I wish one of these years, the poor doggies would get some real turkey.

Kibble is supposed to be better for them, I guess….

and it was probably a real treat back then, when delivery stagecoaches were few and far between.

Besides, fresh kibble on the cob is so good.

I remember one long ago Thanksgiving at my then in-laws’ house…

being assigned — or maybe I even volunteered… to ride herd on the puppy table…

the adult table was crowded, and besides, I think the parents kind of appreciated sitting and talking with other grownups.

I love pups… but …whew! After that night, so did I.

Wow…. I just realised… those “puppies” I sat with are in their 30’s and 40’s now.

They all have great jobs and no pups of their own.

We’ve never had a kiddies table. Although certain age groups sort of naturally gravitate together. It will be interesting to see how 33 of us sort out on Thursday. (At my house.)

I always dreamed of having Pumpkin Spiced Kibble at our Thanksgiving dinner. Mmmmmmmm.

Hey, all you cooks and chefs out there. I tried a new recipe for Everything Bagel Stuffing, Just cut up some of those wonderful bagels and proceed as normal. MMM raved about it, and it was easy too.
