If so, the Mayan calendar must have been right.

We survived W -now we just have to clean up the economic issues. With Palin we’d just have to survive the theocracy fallout. Oh, wait. That’s what dtroutma was saying.

dtroutma: It probably marks the start of the true Mayan “invasion”. :-|

I watched another doccie on migration, this time focusing on children from a few Central American countries meandering their way on freight trains through Mexico to the US. Another side to Mexico was revealed, a more compassionate one. Grupo Beta was mentioned. Quite the contrast.

Folks, you want illegal immigration to end? Ensure there are fewer inequalities between countries that create economic migrants. All other attempts will end in failure. Viewing migrants with a hostile attitude and trying to imbue them all with criminal intent is just silly.

The Democrats realized that W was so bad whoever was nominated would probably be elected. That is how we got Obama rather than Hillary.

The way things are going our country may be in such bad shape in 2012 that regardless of whom the Republicans nominate they will be elected. Those of you Democrats hoping the Republicans make the stupid mistake of nominating Palin may be ruing the day come November 2012.

The Mayan calendar ends in 2012 because they ran out of stone.

What they do is wrong, but you have to ask yourself: “If I could set my own pay, and my own benfits what would I do?”

Of couse if you were in a job where you could that you would be a banking and/or investment excutive.

The remnant Mayan people plan to turn their calendar over when it ends in December 23 , 2011 .

Just like we do and the Chinese and the Yiddish and all astrological based calenders.
