Alain: Not necessarily. It could be winter and those are snow flakes as well as stars. Although I can’t see the romantic angle unless there is more water and it’s heated.
Abadaba: Not all – night herons, nighthawks, chimney swifts, etc. – although I will grant you, I can’t think of any that frequent bird baths.

Birds don’t stay up after dark (most) and Jimbo will not leave tiki torches on when they retire- so it spoils the joke- but cute , as always.
