Luann sits in Miss Phelps office. Miss Phelps says, "You want to discuss a 'dilemma'?" Luann asks, "Miss Phelps, did you tell Delta that they boy she loves probably loves her back?" Miss Phelps replies, "Yes...why, is there a problem?" Luann replies, "He asked me out, Miss Phelps, so now what's your advice?" Miss Phelps sits behind her desk with her hands folded and her lips pursed tightly. Miss Phelps pushes Luann out of her office door and says, "I'm certified to give education and career advice. Thanks for dropping by anyway."

Love how in the second to the last panel the name plate on the desk says “messed up”
