This might be entertaining if I had any idea what The X Factor is.

Remember the good old days when the average television show was aimed at six-year old minds?

They just can’t compete with 10 year old reruns of “Are You Being Served?”

…and THIS is why I insisted that we get a TiVo if we got TV again. I also configured it so you can’t see Fox Newts and any home shopping networks when you’re channel surfing.

FOX has at most a few good shows and a bunch of shows we wish didn’t exist. It’s like taking hostages.

If you want to continue to see “House” and “Bones” then you must put up with this garbage. Sorry!

I think they should bring back sitcoms with live audiences, like they had in the ‘70s; shows like “All in the Family” and “Maude” were crafted and performed like live plays, because that’s what they essentially were.To steal an old ad slogan, I want my Antenna TV!

“The X Factor” – Worst Pepsi commercial ever.

I dropped my cable due to cost and just not watching enough of it a few years ago. I had a week’s access to same a few months ago due to petsitting. I spent most of my seated hours with BBC America and the Food Network.

I watch fun old reruns as well as a few good innocent shows on bedroom TV’s TiVo, but the one in my main room gets all the shows that are controversial and interesting.

I tried TerraNova (never Fringe) and not my taste-but rather like Once Upon a Time;-) Mostly watch design and cooking shows but find plenty to my liking- others are Mentalist and Criminal Minds. I admit to rather eclectic taste, and upstairs have Simpsons, Family Guy, Hot in Cleveland and old shows-may add the Exes (will check it out)- my cable has Boss (K Grammar) on a pay channel ;-((
