Ketchup fixes everything.

Andrea; the pre-made french fried potato industry invented Tater Tots. the potatos are machin cut, and the small leftover were first sold for animal feed. Then they were uniformly cut into small pieces and molded into lumps the size of a pecan (slightly smaller than a walnut and deep fried.

Andrea, the point of having one’s own dialect is to exclude foreigners. ;)I remember Tater Tots as these awful potatoish things that my mother used to bake in the oven when I was a child. If the term has acquired other meanings, I don’t want to know about it. :)

I love tater tots. I put them in the oven rather than deep frying them. I don’t know if that helps with the calories/cholestral but they are still good. I like mine with bleu cheese dressing.

Somebody should be teaching Americans to speak English, but it shouldn’t be Andrea.

Fried Tater Tots rule!! There’s a BBQ restaurant in Atlanta, Fox Brothers, that makes a Tater Tot appetizer using Tater Tots, Brunswick Stew, and cheese – absolutely to die for!!!

Soggy croutons… bad.Soggy tater tots … re-heat and add ketchup. No one will notice.

How on earth did you get semi-naked fit guys from googling “tater tots”?! Inquiring minds want to know!

Make that Dijon ketchup

“establishment”? So formal. I looks like a “joint” to me.

When i was small in the early 60s,tater tots were called hush puppies. They’re good with a lot of ketchup, i agree.

Either the cook put tater tots on the salad, which would cause me some concern of the professionalism of that establishment, or it’s a buffet and he put them on himself. The use of the trays leads me to believe it’s a buffet.

I put tater tots on top of the green bean casserole instead of those canned onion rings- what took me so long!? It rules!
