Hmmm…..Did another croc just die?

Money grubbing fatcats who rather feed off zoning variances than control predators. After all, predators are also a source of revenue. A true Croc(k) is right. . ..

Surely the croc who is on the ball (!) is shorthand for the croc “neighbor” who now sits on the city planning commission! Zeeba Neighba is in a heap o’ trouble! Maybe the commission will declare his house “unfit for habitation” and so drive him out into their clutches! Gasp!

The crocs have breached the wall! They suffered great casualties over many months, but they’ve breached the wall . . .Zeeba needs to quickly construct ad hoc defenses behind the breach, or else retreat to his citadel. He can’t expect to receive the Honors of War. The crocs will be merciless.

A surprisingly subtle approach for a croc. Perhaps the croc gene pool has gained from the culling of crocs named “Bob”?

Looks like one of the crocs has had a breakthrough. Considering what Goat said in the last panel, this plain apparently did work.
