Ah children, they remind us to watch what we say!

Tut tut. Better to pay then get back … so they say. Government hasn’t had yo munney interest free for a year. And yada yada.

Yes, children have a way of taking everything literally!

I feel your pain, brother…even up the nose.

Wish I had a job other than the P/T job I have so I made enough to pay taxers. Two Master’s degrees. Son graduated from UNC- Chapel Hill and is working at a grocery store P/T. His best friend graduated UNC-W and is at a different grocery store P/T

What does he do for a living?

Canadian dentist. Simple single payer system means he doesn’t have to deal with out of control, unregulated health insurance parasites, which means he can run a more efficient office dedicated to providing care. And his taxes go to his own and his family’s health care, instead of paying some blood-sucking private insurance company dedicated to screwing you out of every benefit it can.

Ontario changed the tax code this year.Instead of me getting a LUMP of $1100 … I’m now going to get $30 ‘lump’, and $75/mth for 12 months, starting July 5th..The Gov says it’s to help ‘low income people have a steady cash flow over the year.’.Well, people are NOT HAPPY about it … mainly because this change was sneaked through, without the standard fanfare, and has caught EVERYONE off guard. People are expecting lump sums (and have put off certain bills etc.) and are being ‘screwed’ … but of course, the Government knows best, right? Am I right, or wrong? :P

Do Canadians have the equivalent of “double FICA?” For those who don’t know, if you are self employed you have to pay both the employers and the employees share of your Social Security/Medicare taxes.

Panel 3 = cute. When my parents have to do the taxes, we will have to be in a rush to send the bill to the office at Tampa.

John looks up lots of people’s noses every day being a dentist. Keep your nose hairs trimmed, people.

When I was 7, I was at my grandmother’s house. My uncle was in the shower when his girlfriend came to the house. I ran upstairs and told him, “Uncle Joey, Barbara’s here!” He said, “Does she still have a puss on her face?” . So, being the dutiful nephew I was, I went and asked her.

Kids are like little sponges . . . and they never miss a thing!

That expression goes back when people carried coins in their mouth (The good old days!)It’s also where the expression “Cough it up” originated.

I wonder how many people have to take an anti anxiety pill before doing their taxes?
