try that with an E-card. What are you going to do… say I put the money in your pay pal account? Not the same for me, but with the current generation, who knows, maybe it would work for them.

I made the mistake of sending my college son 2 fives in the mail last week. He still hasn’t gotten it, and now he’s home on break, so someone must be $10 bucks richer! Hope they needed it more than me.

BTW, A PLUGGERS KID WILL HAND WRITE A THANK YOU NOTE! I make sure my kids do! And not weeks later, either.

Have you noticed how cashiers today cannot make change? If the total is $5.23,and you hand them a $10 bill with 3¢…they don’t know what to do with it….

Actually, US “paper” money is more linen than cellulose. Helps to keep counterfeiting down.
