In health news, Dr. Mercurius reports that Lady Gaia is indisposed, suffering from a fever caused by an infection of Homo sapiens. He is hopeful that she will soon shake off the condition and make a full recovery.

when all of the glaciers and the ice on the poles have melted, and the sea level rises 3 feet its only the end of the world for everyone living in low lying areas. and the people that get inundated by the refugees. and all the coastal ecosystems that get drowned out. the earth and life on it survives. but everything changes. not all change is good.

So true, it’s really humanity that is on the way out. Not the planet. It will still go on for billions of years (probably).

and no it would not wipe us out. we are resilient little buggers. if the only thing left on earth to eat was pond scum and cockroaches, someone would survive…
