If Darby is the only teen mother in Milford, it must be the most chaste town in the United States. My daughters graduated high school in 2003 and 2005, and both had at least five classmates who were pregnant. And it was a small school.

So what she supposed to do? Hide under a rock? I think it is fantastic that now only is Darby still in school, she’s playing sports, which usually means decent grades, which means she’s looking ahead in her future…sheesh this comic.

Is that street sign post inthe way? Cement sidewalks, paved roads, Milford just lost my image of a hick town, now they have rented the old Leave it to Beaver hollywood set.

Why are the street signs in Klingon? The alien angle is this strip is subtle, but omnipresent.
