The hay barn was where the real fun was. Giant building blocks for making forts and mazes as well as piling some up to jump in from the rafters. It’s a wonder none of us died, but I do cherish the memories.
Forget if I told this one here, but I went out with Uncle Willard once to see him feed the hogs. I was five, and thought it would be jolly fun to dump a trough of hog mash onto the ground. For some reason, my uncle failed to see the humor.
Sounds like the scene in Witness where one of the bad guys get lstranged to death in the silo when a cascade of grain comes down on him, literally drowning him.

This strip brings back so many memories of our vacations at my great aunt and uncle’s farm in Ohio. Those were the days!
