I don’t remember Steve’s storyline, how did he lose his arm?

The artist is fighting his compulsion to draw large hands in the forefront of every scene.Next Caddyshack reference buys a round of drinks.

that must be the big reveal. what’s the name of the kid who lost his leg in the chainsaw accident a few years ago? wonder if he’s gonna make a reappearance to get Steve out of his doldrums. that seems to be the right level of cliche

rusty gate, the brother mentioned a few days ago that Steve was in the army after college.

Steve: “Hey Coach T. What’s new?”Coach T. “Not much – can you give me a hand?”. . . what? too soon?

Coach T. “Steve – do you want to be good?”Steve: “Yes, Coach T. I do want to be good.”(sorry – first Caddyshack ref. I could think of other than the gopher.)

They never said that Jaxon had a big sister named Tessa. Not sure of my ground here, but don’t they make kid-sized golf clubs? Seems like I’ve seen a few “junior” sets. That club is much taller than Tessa. No one would expect her to be able to hit with it.

On second thought, maybe Tessa is Jaxon’s aunt.

That is one ginormous hand in P3. To gmc328: The Carl Weathers character was Chubbs. He later had a son who played football at Marshall named Chubb Small.

For some reason, Tessa reminds me of Hank Hill’s dad off that “King of the Hill” show.

@gmu328 – I thought the right hand thast Steve is sporting reminded me a bit of Chubs too.

You have to ‘hand’ it to Steve for getting out there.Let’s all give Steve a ‘hand’ for leaving the house for once.Steve stays in his house in order to avoid the ’long arm’ of the law.

Storyline in a nutshell: Steve lost his arm in the war. Steve is depressed and angry. Steve misses being useful, like he was when he played football at Milford and did not have a beard. Thor P reminds Steve that he can still be useful, just as long as he does not give up on himself. Steve realizes Thor P is right, and wonders how he can help. Gil introduces him to a convenient friend… another one arm golfer. Steve finds peace and joy in learning to play golf with only one arm. Steve also finds his razer. Gil goes back to coaching football in the fall. Mimi is still lonely.

In the meanwhile, lose the Green Bay shirtt!

@Uncle Kaz,Another story line idea – this could have something to do with the drug Provasic.

You’ve got to hand it to Rubin and Whigham on this one. I’d have bet my right arm none of us saw this one coming.
