Isn’t that the Perfesser? Maybe he’d rather sniff paint.

Ah – A cold beer and soft chair and paint to watch dry. What a evening.

Fortunately, with so many new formulations, it doesn’t take nearly as long now to watch paint dry as it did back in the day. So I get to watch a lot more grass grow.

I’ve lived in several places like that. You save lots of money on entertainment. One just celebrated the 40th anniversary of when MoMo (our resident Sasquatch) showed up.

Never discount the sheer excitement of watching signs rust…

Here in God’s Waiting Room, Florida we find just about everything exciting. A pulse, for example …

One of the great things about owning a vintage DeSoto is that you are one of the few people who can still indulge in the all-but-forgotten pastime of watching chrome rust.

Susan, that is ANY televised sport for me. I’d rather watch paint dry, grass grow, and signs rust than any sport on TV. Only thing worse would be a Republican Presidential Debate.
