Personally, Iâm not seeing the extra comma today. âMy latest model of the robot politicianâ describes Ernie, so itâs not necessary to understand the sentence. Therefore, we set it off with commas.
You could just say âErnie has some great upgradesâ, which would make sense, and thatâs why commas go around the phrase above.
