You always draw nurses as female and doctors as male. With the one single exception being that time there was a doctor who looked like Marcy.

Have we gotten sufficiently sanctimonious and treacly yet?

I can testify that the VA Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio makes huge efforts to communicate effectively between staff and patients. They really do care!

My hubby through cardio doctor had my him go to this newer hospital on the other side of town for a die test. The hospital itself was nice, I’m not sure of the staff. I got lost three different times they helped me there from my confusion, what made me so mad the nurse in the cardio wing did not read the doctor’s instruction and had in her mind he was to stay longer. And when procedure was done I was never notified. I had to ask them since I felt medical procedures are fast with technology advancing and doctor gave me great news everything was fine and my hubby his patient would not be there long couple of hours. I complained not only to the nurse but the doctor as well and my hubby heard everything I said. No I did not scream. I felt like it.

I thought that the insurance providers were the most important people in a hospital.

This is why Marci is soo cool, she’s strong, smart, independent and knows how to speak her mind. Even though she’s a fictional character, I really do hope to be just like her
