My father grew up on a farm and love pig brains and eggs. The brains were mixed with scrambled eqqs and was the extremely disgusting looking. Still my father love it.
In most places they use the whole animal. Nothing goes to waste. Most Americans aren’t connected to what they eat or where it comes from. If it’s not presented in sterilized form, they won’t eat it.

My mom, growing up in the 20-30’s in rural Wisconsin, used to compete shooting squirrels with a .22. Only head shots counted.
My ex-mother-in-law grew up in West Virgina hills and her favorite part of the squirrel was sucking out the brains.
I’ll pass. New Guinean’s have developed some degree of immunity since the kuru plague post-WWII which killed tens of thousands.
Only a matter of time before someone starts eating brains.
