one never hears fox news say anything bad about him… maybe because their Mom always told them that if you cant say something nice then don’t say anything at all… maybe those folks at MSNBC should do that too…

chireef, it can’t be that. After all if you do turn on fox you definitely hear them talking bad about everyone else. Fox is definitely biased, and more strident about it in many cases.

If anybody is getting their idea of what coverage by CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, the NY Times, and NPR is ACTUALLY like from reading today’s strip, they are condemning themselves to continue wandering in an information desert.

Yes, 10 news sources are lying and 1 tells the truth. That is logic for you. And I have seen 40 examples of Fox telling outright lies, but I have not seen proof of this anywhere else.

If anyone thinks the media isn’t biased, tell me, again, why we aren’t seeing non-stop coverage of the violence in Libya and Cairo, as well as the teacher strikes in Chicago? The protests against Scott Walker got a lot more coverage, as did the coverage of the Iraq war and Cindy Sheehan in 2004.

Hey Zellman… you are one of the first people I have ever heard of mentioning that the media has NEVER, as a whole, been unbiased. The reason they like to say they are unbiased is that it gives those who agree with their opinion a good feeling that they are right and keeps them coming back… which equals sales, etc.

Romney really is that bad carmen! He is a big liar, Believes he will rule over his own planet someday as a god. His plan to give even more tax cut for the rich is going to cost a lot and the money will come from the middle-classes pockets. Ryan is even worse. they are extreme in their world views and both would like to set us up as a theocracy. the only safe vote is for Obama, he is the only one who is keeping America from being a horror story!

Romney is an angle who will sacrifice his own worth to help his fellow man. He is a corporation with a big heart. He fought the Vietnam War in France and won! “He was born in a log cabin he built himself”!

Just like Romney. It’s all in his head. He hears the voices. OOH.

The best the media can do is attempt to minimize bias. Unfortunately, that does not sell advertising space, so no one really does it. It is in the media’s best interest to sensationalize politics, and yes tell outright lies if it’ll sell more ads. This is true for both MSNBC, Fox News and just about any media corporation out there. They are not in the truth-telling business. It would be nice to have a media corporation that attempts to minimize bias much like a judge should do.

How absurd..the truth about Romney is more than enough to cause fear. But the truth is the only thing his supporters are afraid of. The rest, like this absurd cartoon, are just cheap distraction.

Fact or not – this is the perception of most conseratives. I keep looking for the mentioned media to change my mind, but they keep on doing exactly what the comic says.

Do your homework, N-49. Watch 3-4 hours of news coverage and keep track of how many of these outfits you brand so loosely offer reps for each side of an argument. Then spout off. How can I be so sure? I DID it. Now it’s your turn.
