A man exercised the free will God gave him to do Satan’s work. We all want free will and the ability to make our own choices. We can’t blame God when we turn away from Him.
If God is in our hearts, maybe we should “aim our heads” down there! All the better if the posture also reflects a humble & contrite heart (i.e., bowing reverently).
God was there,,,in every teacher who protected their students, and in the first responders who helped kids, teachers, and parents get to safety. And, he will be there to help the community heal!!!
Barbara Manley: If you think schools can keep God out, you have a very weak god. Why do you want the government to define acceptable and unacceptable religion? Because your “religion” can’t survive without police state support? Prayer still occurs in class, particularly before tests. “When you pray, do not be as the hypocrites, for they love to be seen by others, praying in the stadium and around the flagpole, but go to your room and close the door.”

Churches are not the best place to pray – too many distractions. It is easier to give thanks when you are enjoying the beauties of nature!

God isn’t allowed in schools that might be why satan has full reign in them, but God did meet every boy and girl with waiting arms.

I always thought the reason that you bow your head when you pray is because you are humbling yourself before your God.

Not magical, but spiritual. And I’d rather live a spiritual life, than one without a spirit.
