Republican. Democrat. Two sides of the same old coin.

The idea that the Right / Conservatives / Republicans LIE is the BIG LIE of the Left / Progressives / Democrats.

Because the lies of the Democrat politicians are subtle, sneaky, slimy. The Democrat lies sound seductive until you have to pay, then you are trapped, unable to shake the snake that is around you.

Republicans are not as skilled at lying as the Democrats. As examples, I give you George Bush and Bill Clinton.

Gosh, Jeff, I usually get your humor, but I’m afraid you’ll need explain this one. The long nose on the book cover seems to allude to lying. Could it be that the child has picked up misinformation from her classmates? But I’m not sure that would be particularly funny. Maybe I’ve missed something in this campaign—which lies did you have in mind?

Jeff—are you there? I’m still waiting and hoping for a reply to my earlier question above (or is it below?). I mean, really—is there some egregious lie that Republicans have put forth in this campaign that is so universally known as to elicit peals of laughter and head nodding in response to the little girl’s comment in your cartoon? It’s a serious question. Please—enlighten me.
