Those Cars movies made it hard for me not to see the windshield as the eyes now, but the time period of this strip is 10+ years before they came out.

I love how beautifully this strip is drawn.

This story arc starts with silliness, but seems to be ending with a lot of heart. That’s why I come back day after day.

I can see the movie version of this in my mind.

Pedantry alert * In the cartoon of 19 June, Kyle said he never got to use the Truck Slayer because it needed a two-person team to work. But today he’s implying that he was ready and able to use it single-handed. Continuity violation—or else Kyle’s an unreliable narrator.

Come to think of it, Kyle’s quite likely to be an unreliable narrator. I guess we need to wait and see what Mr. Bondia will come up with next.

Are the eyes of a car in the windshield or the headlights? This has long been a debate amongst cartoonists for decades. Did we finally solve it? We did… but it’s highly classified.

I love how this strip gets so many Creators commenting, something I never see on any other.

By the way, remember I said I felt sorry for Old Jingles ..?
