Ya know sometimes my mom wouldn’t just call us by the wrong kid name she’ll yell for us using one of our pet’s names.

Actually, a good insight from Alice there in the last panel, that is realising (here is a ‘z’ if you miss it that much) why her mum did this, well assuming that is indeed why she did what she did.
