Uh oh! It’s the harbinger of doom, your spine will tingle, you will goosebumps, cower in fear , the Uh oh Baby is here!

These tots have a delicious vocabulary… Thompson did such a great job on this strip. Too bad an illness cut it so short…

how does someone as young as alice know a word like “portent” ?

DANG !! Poor kid shouldn’t have ears that hairy ‘till he’s at least 50 or so.

This is one of my favorite “Cul-de-Sac” strips of all time. The Uh-Oh Baby is classic. I’ve thought about printing this one and framing it, but I doubt my wife would let me hang it anywhere.

The doom it portends is probably in its britches. Run!

The Uh Oh Baby toddles, so would she not be a toddler?

I KNEW IT. I knew it all along.. the stampede was in reaction to The Uh-Oh Baby showing up. RUN FOR YOUR LIVES! Or, sit and watch everybody else do that. I mean, it’s pretty stupid when you think about it.

That’s it…I won’t be able to sleep for week now.
