When she was 6 yrs. old, Flannery O’Connor (1925-1964) American, Southern Gothic novelist taught a chicken to walk backwards at the family farm. Incredibly, the chicken taught the girl how to dance. HA!

I must see if I still have some chicken thighs in the freezer and take a couple out for my dinner tonight!

Chickens do not have fingers. The some people like to eat chicken feet.

I ate a restaurant in KC years ago that called their tenders Chicken Lips. I thought it was a fowl thing to do, but they were delicious.
