Can’t quite read the headline on page one of that copy of The Daily Lizz is holding, but it gives enough of a hint of what she suspects. But it’s too early in this caper for the MCU to take down the Jumbler, so either he will get the heist done before Tracy arrives or will somehow foil Tracy on the scene….

Lizz eyes used to be brown before.. colored contacts maybe? And I’m guessing she needs glasses from reading that paper too closely cause she looks like shes got her eyes crossed (jumbled?!?!) sorry if i offended anyone wearing colored contacts or anyone with crossed eyes.. it wasnt my intention :)

The GoComics colorist could do a better job...

Good morning, DT fans! And especially avenger09! By secret ballot last night, avenger09 has been inducted to the Magpie’s Hall of Fame! Let’s have a round of congratulations for him! In order not to offend anyone (that would be unthinkable), he is presented a genuine hair shirt (aisle 13) and a fuzzy red sweater to wear at his initiation! There is supposed to be a family reunion planned for after the event where the unimportant plebes can mix with his relatives! BYOB, by the way!

To me “funny papers” and comic books were two different things. I always thought “funny papers” were the newspaper comic sections (yep – I lived in the golden age back when they actually had more than one section on Sundays).

But hey – it would not be the first time I found out I’ve been wrong about something for years.

I just tried today’s Jumble. My intent was to see if there was a hint there. Nothing. I was intent on solving it, though. It was pretty intense. And Lizz does look intensely intent today, doesn’t she?

Collectors find stash of old comic books. That or something similar would fit would fit, would it not?.

REPOSTED WITH CHANGES. (I hope this is OK). Good morning everyone, Lizz seems a little UPSET in panel three (Can I say UPSET ? Sorry if that offends anyone, not my intent!). Maybe she thinks it’s time these old MEN get off their BACKSIDES (S.I.T. O. A. N.M.I.) and do some real police work!

I have to believe that she is intent on looking upset.

Just wanted to say “thanks” to those who posted various DT ‘toons from the 70’s, yesterday — someone mentioned MM sounding like she was sucking on a helium tank — that can be easily-explained, as Filmation had very low production budgets, and they used their in-house voice talent, Jane Webb, for the majority of their female roles across their many Saturday a.m. offerings. Besides my mentuioning John Erwin voicing Tracy, yesterday — other notables who worked on the Filmation payroll (and the DT shorts) was Dal McKennon, best known as “Cincinnatus” on “Dainel Boone”, as well as the voice of Archie and Howard Morris, who was known to Mayberry fans as “Earnest T. Bass” on “The Andy Griffith Show”.

Ever see his grave? “It’s Me, It’s Me, It’s Ernest T.” For real. As Casey Stengel would say, “Yuh kin look it up!”

Well, I’ve heard that your eye color can change if you patronize Dunkin’ Donuts too frequently.

Something very interesting has occurred. I personally have no issue with Lizz’s eyes other than the unrealistic Green. Not a big deal.“The times they are a-changing”! LOL!!!
