I sincerely hope that with my use of “By gosh” ,I haven’t offended anyone .That was not my intention, to coin a phrase.

And since no one else has commented yet, I’ll also say that I miss Gweedo.

Tracy’s on to something! And is Ms. Steffihawk smoking a pipe?

Does Dick suffer from acromegaly? His chin is getting bigger and bigger.

I’m betting that they get the newspaper to run a phony headline to lure the Jumbler.

The art in this strip continues to impress.

Tracy’s dentist must love that jaw. He could really open wide.

I will confess that I’m not sure what Tracy’s plan might be, but that he has a plan is clear. Things should start dialing up a notch Sunday and through next week….

What’s a “newspaper”?

I’m Modelautoman and I have been a Dick Tracy fanwhen I first watched the old Dick Tracy Show cartoons.I love how the strip has been revised!

Instead of getting a paper, he could open it on the internet.

[giggles] I do like the first panel. Everyone is on the run, and Sam is puffing like the Super Chief.

Also am I under the correct expression, that Tracy’s statement is probably the best idea. Incase there is a mole (not our friend of course) there wouldn’t be a tip-off?

Yeh… Come to think of it, Tracy’s jaw gets bigger and bigger and yet, his beezer/honker gets smaller. That used to be his most distinguishing feature..Psh. Must be old age….

I keep thinking that the “Jumble” puzzle is going to be tied in somehow. I checked today’s and it doesn’t give a logical clue to what’s happening with DT. But, I bet Dick is going out for the paper because the clue will be in TOMORROW’S “Jumble”! If only I had a way to access that one…..

…….so they’re going to set a trap for the Jumbler……or maybe Tracy just finally realized he has an address, ha ha…..those two hoodlums looking for work early on in the story sure had no trouble locating him……..

But on a serious note, I am really having a hard time seeing how this upcoming Moon Maid epic can have any kind of happy ending…..for US. I mean, anything short of the real deal will be a disappointment, right? But if it IS her, Junior’s life is pretty much a train wreck…..can’t imagine how that would play out in a sunny way, either….

I was just wondering, have we ever really seen Miss Steffihawk, other than in silhouette?

I like Lizz’ hair longer, the way it’s being drawn now. I didn’t care for the short style on her. I especially liked today’s strip.

Well well, can anyone REALLY say this current story has been on the cutting edge of excitment? Sorry if this question offends anyone, NOT MY INTENT. A toast to Gweedo & Still Da Man!

For all we know they came from earth********************I was thinking the same thing, Night-Gaunt. I remember a teacher in HS once saying that it’s very delusional to assume that life on other planets is going to look like us, with two legs, two arms, and a head situated on a torso. The fact the the Moon People look pretty much like humans except for the horns/antenna leads me to believe that they originated here way, way back and either escaped when they foresaw a calamity coming or were an experimental colony on the moon that survived after something happened to destroy all human life on earth. Or maybe human life originated on the moon and we here on earth are the ones who set up a new colony? Now I know this will go against many religious beliefs and I truly don’t want to get into that sort of discussion; I was just throwing out some ideas.

“’Moon Bimbo’ is such an uncouth sexist identification."*Agreed. It is also inaccurate. Moon Maid was (is?) courageous, faithful and loving. She saved a newborn and its mother from certain death. She fought crime and helped the police force on numerous occasions. She was a good wife and mother.*She also has powerful skills and a sense of style. Maybe Christmas Early will tell Mysta where she picked up that leopard-skin pill-box hat. She’s be dynamite under something like that.

I am more than confident that the Moon People originated on Earth. Really! They were here and when the first political season and election came ‘round (George Washington), they buckled up and said "That’s it! We’re outta here!" And they left. Moon Maid told me so the other night.

yeah, Mikey, but if she didn’t dress like that…if she dressed normal….I think she’d lose half her “fans” here…..kind of sad, isn’t it, ha ha? Good thing Mike hasn’t intro’d Kate Olsen to the strip….
