Kinda makes you wonder what little Pruneface, little Flattop, and little Mumbles were like as kids!

Gweedo asked,Good pre Cristmas morning, Bill & Comet. Is he Appaloosa ?-—————————————————————————.In my world, Comet is a machine. In the DT world, he is a horse! Appaloosa? I dunno.

I wish Tess would ditch that “old lady”-look hairdo! But otherwise the theatre experience seems to have been a good one, even for the young kids. So, we have a peaceful interlude for Christmas before the hoods start mucking around in Tracyville again….

The John Wayne quote Tracy used is from “The Alamo”.

    “YOU’VE COME A ‘L O N G WAY’ – BABY” !! (?)

“Yes” ! From ’’Hanging Out" in the Mall" in 1995 & “Puffing on One” . . .To “Napping, Hanging”- on Dad’s Shoulder 10 years later*!*

Big Swing there from Early Bloom to Toddlerhood ! ?

Clearly, all that smoking stunted his growth.

Happily, “Cool Dude” Joe was only a bad dream. His receding hairline and pompadour (it’s alive!) are best forgotten.

It would be a (potential) trademark complaint, not copyright. There is clearly no copying of anothers work going on. Trademarks, copyrights, and patents are all very different things. And confusing them only makes it easier for them to be abused.

So Mike set the timeline back a couple of years – He has said his Tracy is in his mid 40’s while During Collin’s run he turns and is over 50.

But does everything line up – Dick’s time in the navy after high school (Never said how long? 2-4 year hitch?) then into Law Enforcement and then a Detective (How many years there?)

Mike implied that Tess’s dad kept his money at home due to the S&L Scandals – which put that as early-mid 1990’s

Bonnie is Early 20’s.Junior is Early 30’s and Sparkle can’t be much older than Bonnie, but younger than Junior

How old was Junior when he was adopted by Tracy.

Yes, there’s all this comic time and all that, but a present day Tracy has a timeline for present day.

This is the closest that I could come to any one saying anything remotely like that:

Kids are great. That’s one of the best things about our business, all the kids you get to meet. It’s a shame they have to grow up to be regular people and come to the games and call you names. — Charles Barkley

And Charles Barkley no less… About as far from JW as you can get.

@SYDNEY PHILLIPSI like Joe better the way he is now. I think you’re exaggerating a bit with the “Early Bloom to Toddlerhood” assessment. Even though he was smoking back in 1995, he was obviously underage. I think he’s a bit older than a “toddler” today, but he indeed may have slipped back a little bit in time.

A few leftover things from my investigations the last few days:Jim Backus as Mr. Magoo

Jim with all the others characters he presumably provided voices for in MMCC

I don’t think he did all the other voices.

No, you’re right. He only did Ebenezer Scrooge and Mr. Magoo (which are sort of the same character, but not).

Gweedo remarked,Third time around now, isn’t it, Bill ?-————————————————————————.I have a roll of tickets, Gweedo! Would you like one? All you need to do is step into the screen on a Muntz B/W CRT TV from the 1950s and present your ticket. Just think, you’ll be able to celebrate Christmas as it was intended without any current day interferences.

On the front page of the November 23, 1963 edition of The Dallas Mornign News was the headline, “Kennedy Slain on Dallas Street.” On an inside page was a notice about the second annual showing of Mr. Magoo’s Christmas Carol:

Gweedo mentioned,Darn tootin’ I don’t Bill. This faltering Vista has blocked my view once again. Rejuiced and restarted. Guess it’ll come up when it’s ready.-——————————————————————————————-.Are you using Vista as an OS, Gweedo? I am running Vista on my three active machines with seldom any problems. Could be your browser that is creating the problem. I use Chrome. If you are using IE9 (or later), it is almost guaranteed trouble (my personal opinion).
