Seems it will take a few strips to sort out the finale of Kadaver vs Tracy……….

I’m assuming that’s the local police chief talking to Tess. Let the search for Tracy and Kadaver begin!

Tracy did something tricky before confronting Abner. I have no fear.

Who tied up Tess? How did the Gendarmes find her?

Is it possible that Tracy will be dead for awhile …?

Kudos to glynis37 for being the only one of us ‘Great Detectives’ to puzzle out the true identity of yesterday’s ‘Mystery Man’ in panels two & three …

Why do I suddenly have this fear that we’re in store for another rushed, “limp to the finish” ending? Don’t hate, feel free to voice your disagreement on radio Vbeedo, they’re desperate for a ratings boast!LOL!

One explanation could be that they were staying at a “bathroom down the hall” hotel – which Europe is covered with. She got up during the night to relieve herself and met the guys with the chloroform who were waiting for her. Meanwhile, Tracy slept on…….. Z-z-z-z-z……… while dreaming of the traffic noise under the bridge ala SDM.

You seem like a really smart group and many of you have a lot of knowledge about DT history. I wonder, how do you think the current DT stacks up against Gould, Collins, Kinsella etc.?

So was Tess even missing, or did she wake up early and go out for coffee?(Last time I was in Switzerland they had really great coffee shops)

I haven’t really been following the comments on this story line so I don’t know if anyone’s commented on this yet or not. In the Final Solution Doyle was trying to kill off Holmes because he was bored with the charicter so he had Holmes and Morriarty kill each other in a fall from the falls, but years later he brought Holmes back and Holmes explained how he survived the plunge to the bottom of the falls, but realized that Morriaty’s associates had witnessed the fall but didn’t realize he’d survived so he spent the next few years working “below the radar” to destroy Morriaty’s criminal empire from the shadows. In the story line it almost sounds like Kadaver is trying to reinact the original fall without realizeing that Holmes survived the plunge.

Eh, wot’s all this, then …?

Hadn’t occurred to me that Kadaver signed his work.

Fell asleep at the computer last night when on the point of commenting here and dragged myself straightaway to bed. Just now getting back to the computer and to DT comments.

It seems the maid found and released Tess and phoned for the police. Tess has recovered and gone down to the police station in town to make her statement. —All this happened between yesterday’s strip and today’s. Now, with this shift of focus to Tess, I have to wonder if she will play a major part in locating her husband and perhaps Kadaver as well (remember, she is a professional P.I.)….
