In the stories I’ve read, Spirit never lost a fistfight, even against some very big guys.

I have a feeling that Doubleup will somehow come into the room to assist Tracy and Spirit, thus redeeming himself in his eyes for not protecting the late Ms. Flammel.

I find it ironic that the Spirit is getting crimefighting tips from Dick Tracy.
