If you think about it a lot of our superheroes are worse than the villains. Marvel’s Avengers have to lose before they can really fight back as they seek to "avenge " their losses. Batman is as insane as his villains and is certainly a sociopath, The X-men do all kinds of collateral damage to the ordinary people, and we don’t want to mention the carnage caused when Superman starts fighting.
Reminds me of a quote my Chemistry teacher ended group emails with. Something like Be careful what you put out a fire with isn’t worse then it. Or something like that
Did the Joker somehow get changed from a sadistic mass murderer in recent years? In the comics, he killed so many, in so many horrific ways, I never understood why the whole darn planet didn’t get together just to END him.

John Steed And Emma Peele are indeed a better choice, any day of the week.

I would skip Mr. Steed. But if he has be included to get Ms. Peele, then can deal with that. Or even just Purdy from the New Avengers.

Batman is scarier than most criminals, but that was the idea

The Joker is ok, but I’d take Kings and Aces any day of the week.

The Joker may have stopped the other criminal baddies, but only to take it all for himself as THE criminal baddie.

Annie, you have a perfectly good opinion… it’s all in the eye of the beholder-

Keep watching, Annie. The Joker kills innocents and tries to kill the whole city.
