Sometimes cartoonists suffer for (because of) their work.

Mr. Fagan must have been in a decent mood…he didn’t give Ralph the “Duck Amuck” treatment…

drawing the leaves ain’t that bad… it’s coloring them and them put into piles is the problem.

Panel three would make a good poster for how people complain about the quality of work done by anyone doing anything but their job, especially government workers.

I think I’d go on leave at this time of year.

The trees are shedding all over ’em.

This and yesterday’s installment are a little too meta. If Fagan doesn’t want to draw falling leaves, I’ll live.

Yeah, they tend to look better in the daytime.

And Kevin says, “Complain will you, rack this!”.

In today’s tech age, if you drew the comic on a computer, had leaves already made, you could cut and paste the leaves whenever you want…
