That wasn’t a knuckler, it was a dipsy-doodle.

Our house has a rather expensive basketball hoop on the garage, the kind where you can raise and lower the thing. I pushed it as high as it will go four years back and there is sits.

Being old and sneaky helps to win against young and energetic. Had a nephew who was playing college football. Told him I could do more push-ups (I was 50 and he was 20) with the same weight than he could. So we agreed to sit on each other. He put maybe 60% of his weight on me and I ripped out about a dozen. Then his turn. I put 100% of my weight on him and he went all the way down and had to start from a completely resting position. He got out about 3. Now another nephew is getting cocky so arm wrestling. Sit him at the head of a table and ask left or right. Sit down on that side of him. His angle is more open while mine is cross body. It’s all about physics and body movement.

Pride goeth before a fall.

The Mets should get him.

Even tho a Floridian I’d love to see the Mets win another Series.
