Sometimes when someone gets promoted, they end up getting buried in paperwork. (His promotion turned out to be a dead-end job.)

Middle management is always the first to go

As a middle manager, you get crapped on from both ends

Just another dead headed boss.

The easiest way many companies select employees to get rid of is to promote them to middle management and then cut out most of their middle management employees.

High salaried are the first to go. ‼️

I wonder if he dug his own grave.
