Since I retired 15 years ago, I still miss my 7 weeks of paid holiday.

haven’t had a vacation since 2016 & it was free to me, just had to tag along & deal with a controlling driver…and before that it was in 1996 & before that it was when my immediate family took vacations…now i can’t even afford to go to the next town just to see my sister & her husband, darn gas prices & everything else.

Yep, typical American view of vacation.

My career was like hitting myself in the head with a hammer. Felt so good when I quit.

I miss the break room, where we drank coffee and talked about how stupid the boss was.
