Don’t be an ingrate.

yup…

My Pop had a three level safe he built into his home. When he passed away my Mom showed me the ‘vault’ with its three levels of compartments. I discovered yet a fourth level hidden compartment with a padlock behind a wall panel. I spent hours picking the lock in cramped quarters only to find nothing inside. That ‘nothing’ matched my inheritance because Mom and Dad decided to skip a generation and give everything to the grand kids.

You have to remember, $400 was worth a lot more in grandpa’s time.

Great grandpa wanted you boys to have a good time at the strip club….

That is at least a thousand bucks worth of entertainment, and more for what you get from retelling the story for the next 50 years. And seeing if you can top it for your grandkids.

I’ve cleaned up after old people passed away many times.What they considered treasure are 99% trash, 1% recyclables.(Beatles albums are not valuable, because everyone had them!)

I would probably be happy if somebody gave me $400 just because

If it were my great-grandpa, those bills would be from the late 1800s. Might be worth a bit and probably coin.

Well, Great Grandpa was a waiter, after all…

They saved all the money great grandma made from “dancing”…

No, it was to teach you to appreciate the little things in Life.
