There may be better places but you can try out the Badlands National Park in SD, USA. Most stars I’ve seen in my life. West gate was left open at night.

LED billboards already are blinding people at night. They need a “dim” setting.

How do you know it is morning? They have turned off the street lights.

We see night sky and stars on the coast of Maine.

A new Walmart was built 5 doors away from my friend’s house. They don’t need a nightlight anymore.

Real night left the building a long time ago for most people. Down here, we send them out to the Big Bend of Texas to see real night in an official Dark Skies region rated Bortle 1, meaning sky as dark as the sky seen from space. Light pollution is getting so bad that few places can now host Observatories.You have to go to the Atacama desert in Chile or the Outback in Australia….

New LED streetlights are whiter and brighter than old streetlights.
