I’d would go on in. Who knows there might be a box full of cash in there.

I only got my wish once for a hidden room. For years our alcove for coats was door to a finished room about 12 by 12 with a large safe, a phone, water and a few MREs. Before we sold the house I gathered the grandkids and demonstrated the door. The look on their faces was priceless. Sadly, our present home has no fun features.

What could possibly go wrong?

That little door would likely lead to a crawl space.I might try to talk someone else into checking it out, but not me. This in spite of the fact,that back when I’d made several moves, I had a recurring dream, in which I’d buy a house and find secret rooms.

How could anyone resist exploring such a find?
