Psssh, sure he “looks like an adult.” Side note, he’ll have to wait till his twenties to be treated like an adult, if Liz’s theory is correct!

Yesterday’s note was to Elizabeth and Michael. Today’s note is just for Michael. Elizabeth can watch all the TV she wants.

As for Michael’s complaint, he has a point. He’s as tall as an adult and certainly with that male pattern baldness, he looks like he’s in his 40s.

Those chocolate bars from ‘yesterday’ look like more slips of paper.

When my father was angry with my childish behavior as a pre-teen/teenager, his catch phrase was, “Your body grew up but your mind DIDN’T!” – I can still hear this 50+ years later….

I think Lizzie got it right!

That idea has been an established fact by many researchers. Many teenagers lack the ability to understand the consequences of their behaviors. You see it all the time; teenagers ruining their lives and other’s by doing things that result in tragedy.

Answer: Because you ACT like one!

Maybe because you can’t even spell “child” right.
