If Saint Michael goes and takes Martha back, then she knows that she’s just going to be able to walk all over him whenever she wants to because now, he’s proven to be a wimp.
You’d think backbone and a sense of self-worth would come pre-installed. But, no, they get slowly and painfully installed as extra options over the course of a lifetime.
She is cute, Mike. Ah, the old high school days of game playing. One girl dated every one of my friends including me and got dumped by every one of us because she played jealousy games. She even got dumped a few days before her wedding with a distant friend because of the way she treated his sister.
Take my advice, Michael: Ex’s are ex’s for a very good reason so it’s better to keep moving forward rather than continuously looking back when it comes to “the road already taken” or you’ll just end up in the same frustrating make-up/break-up cycle over and over again. If you keep going back to the same dead-end relationship(s), your heart and mind will never be open and ready for something new, better and more fulfilling to come along in your life.
Martha has already proven more than once that she has no regard for you and your feelings. She’ll keep you hanging around until the next “Jason” comes along, then she’ll dump you yet again because the “grass will always be greener” for her. Stay friends if you want, but cut her loose when it comes to the girlfriend department because you don’t want to be involved in any way, shape or form with someone that shows you no respect or loyalty whatsoever.

Just stop thinking. People have emotions for a reason. Didn’t say it was a good reason…

She dumped Michael and then Jason dumped her. Seems like justice.

Why am I feeling so satisfied that little miss “I want someone else.” got dumped by someone else? I suppose I’m just bitter.

Martha needs a placeholder boyfriend until she finds the next love of her life.

Pride goeth before the fall…and Mike has fallen for her…all over again. Us “old folks” know where this will end…as it always does.

Martha is at work. She cannot have a personal conversation now. If she wants to talk she can contact Michael when she is not at work.
