We can’t have turkey, so one year my husband made a meatloaf SHAPED like a turkey.

One year, my mother (half Sicilian/half Neapolitan) made lasagna for a Thanksgiving meal (her health didn’t allow her to do her usual, traditional no-holds-barred treats and recipes)… we concocted a funny tale of the journey and plight of the “Italian Pilgrims” and had a great celebration…

I buy only the Parts that I like to eat.Thighs, Drumsticks. Occasionally the Wings..The Breast Meat just doesn’t do it for me..Why call it a “Breast” anyway? It’s not like Turkeys give Milk.It’s really the Largest part of the Wing Muscle.
