“Mutual respect and non-demeaning harmony?” Didn’t she recently use the term “muggle”, which was invented by JK Rowling as a demeaning term for non-wizards ( AKA everyone in the real world including all her readers )?
Well, in the grand scheme of things, both authors have obvious bigotries to contend with, but Tolkein left it in the books whereas Rowling has been extremely vocal and harbors actual bigotry in her real-life self.
So Tolkein wins by virtue of not being a $hitbag excuse of a human.

Something tells me Eileen also either prefers Star Trek over Star Wars or says they’re both the same.

Eileen can carry a wand sized stick to school, but a Gandalf sized staff would get Jason in trouble.

I don’t see why you can’t be a fan of both, Jason.

Different fandoms, same war—I have a tee shirt with the Millennium Falcon mounted on the Enterprise’s nacelles. It’s called ‘Why Choose?’

Jason could’ve said JK Rolling stold from Neil Gainman’s Book of Magic comics to get her goat.

Jason show her your wand. Of course that will make her fall more in love with you. Or she might crack up laughing.

PENCIL:“Wand of Incense Cedarwood, with Carbon Core.” (Could be deadly… J. Wick kills people with that!)
