Just bought a new bag of white corn chips to eat with a jar of spinach dip. Finally finished the jar of guacamole salsa. BURP Never again! Even the mild gets too spicy after chilling in the fridge. Had to add sour cream to it.

What annoys me are the M&Ms bags marked “Sharing Size”. Clearly false advertising; there’s barely enough in there for me. Especially the dark chocolate ones.

On a different topic – it appears that Frazz is still working on the school grounds through the summer, watering the plants here…anyway, I always thought that a great summer job for him would be as a camp councelor, which would allow him continued interaction with the kids, which he is good at and enjoys. And could introduce several new characters, kids and adults.

What I don’t understand is that socks & underwear come in resealable bags, but potato chips don’t.

I’ve always liked the taste of bananas but not the texture. For me, fruit should burst with juice when you bite, like grapes or an orange. Or have some crunch like an apple. Peaches and mangos and other fruits are somewhere in between, and I like them just as well. Bananas try to be something else entirely.

    Show of hands.

    Who reads comics for laughs?

And who reads them to get preached to about nutrition?

Snack food makers choose small serving sizes so their nutrition looks better.

Bananas also come in “one size fits all” packaging. And they aren’t resealable.

Caulfield is all talk and no action. He spouts philosophy but ignores it in his actions. Not someone i’d enjoy hanging around with.

I have a “single serving” bag of chips here. I ate several of them, folded and closed it with a binder clip to eat the rest later.
