My father was a doctor, back when doctors still made house calls. (Yep, a LONG time ago, lol!) He swore that the only dogs that ever gave him a bad time on visits were small dogs. Of all the dogs I had throughout life, the most foolhardy, whether barking at bigger dogs or people, or jumping off a height, were the dachshunds!
