Poor Fred. I hope that you will recover the tramatic experience. What an ordeal.

At least you have a tale to tell the lads. And hopefully this will be a once in a lifetime experience. If Mrs. Dear has anything to say about it, and she will, it will not be repeated.

Oh Fred, you have got nerves of steel! In Germany we say: nerves like wire ropes. That would fit with the winching into the helicopter.

You will prove your nerves a lot in the future as we all know- every time you are up with the lads for a snitch at the butchers.
