Babar, Buni, or Cartoon-Boy? Babar is undernourished and hallucinatory. Buni is full of phony swagger and bravado; how’d he handle a face-to-face with Stephan? I’m going with the Pun King, at least until Halloween….

Each light has it’s own glory: it’s own brilliance and hue. Each light illuminates the things around it. It does not matter how other lights shine, or whether they shine at all. The light’s own glory is enough.

I have never read “Pearls Before Swine” and with talk concerning the comments elicited at the strip, I am not tempted to give it a read.

Ah, Teresa…about that potato harvest picture from Aroostook County. Schools actually opened early in August and then took a recess for the potato harvest-something they still do.

Yes, Don’t go to the PBS workshop. Your characters will come out with original sounding names like “Elephant King” and “Rabbit”.
