My sentiments exactly!

There is no reason whatsoever that kitty should not be allowed to have a nice treat.

Poor Baby. While the cat is eating her food and she’s crying, some loving parent is taking the time to dig in the closet for the camera, load the film, attach a flashbulb… all while Baby is upset. This photo is, of course, not a terrible event, but I’ve seen so many (recent) photos and YouTube videos where children are being exploited or shamed for entertainment or because their parents care more about view-numbers than their child. For example, the parents that had their toddler play with a handgun. Sorry, this photo just triggered that sentiment. I love Frog Applause. I just was sounding off about something that bothers me, not anything actually related to today’s nice cartoon. I love Teresa.

Ah. Even though I’m old, I’ve been trying to learn better grammar. In my long rant above I said, “For example, the parents that had their toddler play with a handgun.” I should have said “parents who”. The only person I call out for grammar is myself, since I’m not eloquent enough to say anything to others, and probably wouldn’t anyway. I consider that bad manners, unless the person is a complete jerk. Is it too late to learn to write better? Or try to learn stuff not learned 50+ years ago? I’m in my mid-70s. Read my profile. My cat did exactly this, and for the first time ever, with a glass of milk, after many years of showing no interest in anything on the table, just the other day. She now gets her own milk in a dish and leaves mine in peace so I may enjoy my re-baked chocolate chip cookies and cold milk in peace.Cats are just like little people.Little people who are psychotic.

I thought today was Bring Your Pet To Frog Applause Day?

This is my parrot. He’s the strong silent type. His name is Kato (I was going to name him Kaw-Liga but Hank, Sr. beat me to it). He lives in my pickle bucket. He’s been down the Grand Canyon (twice) and the Middle Fork of the Salmon more times than either of us can count. He has no enemies (except woodpeckers – he hates woodpeckers).

That’s Kato at the top of the Scrotum Pole and his friend Randy the Rattlesnake below Kato, at mid-pole.

This is Sweetheart I named her after a character in Skin Horse. She’s actually not anywhere near that smart. Still, Her disposition fits her name.

You’re right, of course, Photobucket is very popular. Any site that offers the same services would be useful. I had no agenda!
