I think the first time I became aware of ululation was during the Gulf War, when crowds of Middle Eastern women did it over the war’s casualties as the camera rolled past.

Why do they always want to do the Tarzan cry? Didn’t Carol Burnett work that out of everyone’s system? (Carol was/is great; I miss Harvey Korman, Tim Conway, and Lyle Waggoner; Vicki Lawrence is still among us).
