If there’s no gravy, I use butter. Same thing with baked potatoes.

Dinner looks like a Keto dumpster fire but Garfield’s cuppa looks fantastic. Especially here now were its 0º and four inches of snow on the ground.

I didn’t think Jon’s could get any lower.

I had lower expectarios that is why I have 2 divorces and 1 annulment.

Actually, the dinner looks fantastic. But, Jon dare not say that or he’ll lose it to the four legged garbage disposer next to him.

I find that the later you prolong a meal, the better it tastes. There is a direct ratio of satisfaction with food to how hungry one is…

Butter or gravey

I’m surprised Garfield is letting Jon eat that.

He’s right.

So Jon actually got to eat his dinner in front of Garfield, by telling him that it’s not great, but not terrible. I would have thought that Garfield would tell that Jon was lying about that.

Well we had to backtrack on 40 km of country roads to get around a derailment and then the dogs turned up their noses at the crap sausage ring that we will never buy again.

As someone of my acquaintance once said, “Expect the worst and you won’t be disappointed”.

I always like Jon’s dinner plate – I’m not sure what that meat is though. Here’s a clue: I took a clickbait test to find out what cartoon character I am. About 30 questions – I ended up being Jon.

If you are around human beings over a long period, you’ll understand the need to lower your expectations
